Alrema Zürich currently delivers to shipping addresses in Switzerland, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany and Austria. Further international shipping options are currently being prepared for future expansion.
Note: Our products are shipped from our logistics center in China.

Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time—including processing and shipping—is a total of 6 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping Costs
Within Switzerland, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany and Austria, we offer free shipping. No additional packaging or processing fees apply.
Currency
All prices stated on our website are in Swiss francs (CHF). For customers in Ireland, Italy, Germany and Austria payment may also be made in euros (EUR), depending on the payment method; in the United Kingdom, payment may be made in British pounds (GBP), if applicable. The final amount will be displayed during checkout.
1. Delivery Area
Alrema Zürich ships exclusively to private households and business addresses within Switzerland. Delivery to parcel stations or pickup boxes is not currently available.
2. Products Eligible for Shipment
All items available for order through the webshop are subject to these shipping policies. Each order is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and prepared for shipment.
3. Delivery Address
Delivery is made to the address you provided at checkout. Address changes are only possible as long as your order has not yet entered processing.
4. Order Time and Processing
Orders received on business days (Monday to Friday) by 6:00 p.m. (GMT+1) are generally entered into the processing process on the same day. Orders received later, as well as those placed on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
5. Processing Time
The average processing time—including payment confirmation, quality inspection, and packaging—is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
6. Shipping time
After shipping, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday). Deliveries are made exclusively on business days. During periods of high order volume—such as holidays or special promotions—delays may occur.

We currently ship to the following countries: Switzerland, Italy, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany and Austria. Delivery times for international orders may vary slightly depending on the destination and customs formalities.
7. Shipping costs
For all orders within Switzerland, Alrema Zürich covers the shipping costs. No additional handling or packaging fees apply.
8. Changes to the delivery address
If an error was made in the delivery address after the order was submitted, please contact us as soon as possible at info@alremazurich.com. We are happy to check whether an adjustment is still possible; however, this cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has begun.
9. Undeliverable packages
If a package cannot be delivered—for example, due to incorrect address details, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect it—we reserve the right to charge any return or reshipping costs incurred.
10. Customs duties and import charges
As Alrema Zürich currently delivers exclusively within Switzerland, no customs duties or import taxes apply. Once international shipping is offered, our shipping policy will be updated accordingly.
