Shipping Area

Alrema Zürich currently delivers to addresses in Switzerland, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Italy. Additional international shipping options are currently being prepared for future expansions.

Note: Our products are shipped from our logistics center in China.

These shipping terms apply to all products offered in the official Alrema Zürich online shop.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time – including processing and shipping – is a total of 6 to 9 working days(Monday to Friday).

Shipping costs

Within Switzerland, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Italy, we offer free shipping. No additional fees for packaging or handling apply.

Currency

All prices listed on our website are in Swiss Francs (CHF). For customers in Ireland and Italy, payment may also be made in Euros (EUR) depending on the payment method, and in the United Kingdom possibly in British Pounds (GBP). The final amount will be displayed during the payment process.

1. Delivery Area

Alrema Zürich ships exclusively to private households and business addresses within Switzerland. Delivery to parcel stations or pickup lockers is currently not offered.

2. Shippable Products

All items available for order through the webshop are subject to these shipping policies. Each order is carefully checked, securely packaged, and prepared for shipment.

3. Delivery Address

Delivery is made to the address you provide at checkout. Address changes are only possible as long as your order has not yet been processed.

4. Order Time and Processing

Orders placed on weekdays (Monday to Friday) by 6:00 PM (GMT+1) orders received are usually processed on the same day. Orders received later, as well as those on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

5. Processing Time

The average processing time – including payment confirmation, quality check, and packaging – is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

6. Shipping Time

After shipping, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
 Delivery is made only on business days. During high order volumes – such as holidays or special promotions – delays may occur.

Total delivery time: 6 to 9 business days 

Currently, we ship to the following countries: Switzerland, Italy, United Kingdom, and Ireland. Delivery times for international orders may vary slightly depending on the destination and customs formalities.

7. Shipping Costs

For all orders within Switzerland, Alrema Zürich covers the shipping costs. No additional handling or packaging fees apply.

8. Changes to the Delivery Address

If an error in the delivery address has occurred after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible info@alremazurich.comWe are happy to check if an adjustment is still possible – however, this cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has started.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered – for example due to incorrect address data, refusal of acceptance, or failure to pick up – we reserve the right to charge any return or reshipping costs incurred.

10. Customs Duties and Import Charges

Since Alrema Zürich only delivers within Switzerland, currently no customs duties or import taxes apply. As soon as international shipping is offered, our shipping policies will be updated accordingly.
