    Return and Refund Policy

    At Alrema Zurich your satisfaction is important to us. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can easily return or exchange it. We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase.

    Note: Our products are shipped from our logistics center in China.
    Delivery time to Switzerland is usually 6–9 business days. Delivery is only available within Switzerland.

    Return Period and Conditions
    You have 30 days to return your order to us after receipt. Returns are only possible for new, unused items in their original packaging . Please ensure that all tags, accessories, and documents are included.

    Types of Returns
    We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

    • If the item was damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered , we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
    • If you want to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, change of mind, dislike), you will bear the shipping costs yourself. In these cases, the responsibility for the return label lies with the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • No restocking fees:
      There are no additional fees charged for returns.

    Return Process

    1. Contact us by email at info@alremazurich.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. You will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions for the return process.
    3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
    4. Take the package to a shipping provider of your choice if you arrange the return yourself.
    5. For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will send you a free return label .

    Please keep the shipping receipt until your refund is completed.

    Note: Returns are sent to our return address in China. You will receive the exact address after contacting our customer service.

    Refund Process
    After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

    Exchange Options
    If you prefer a different item, color, or size, we are happy to assist you with a quick and easy exchange. Contact our customer service for this.

    Non-returnable Products
    For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items are excluded from returns. These products are clearly marked as non-returnable in the respective product description.
