Shipping & delivery
Is shipping free?
Yes. At Alrema Zürich, shipping within Switzerland is always free. Each item is prepared with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Can I have my order sent to a pickup station?
Currently, we only deliver to the address you provide during the purchase process. We do not offer deliveries to pickup stations or parcel lockers.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our shipping times are as follows:
- Preparation of the Order: 1–2 business days
- Shipping: 5–7 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 6–9 business days.
During preparation, we check the payment and perform a quality control of the
Products through and pack the product. During times of high demand, slight delays may occur.
How can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link. This allows you to check the status of your package at any time.
Which carriers does Alrema Zürich use?
We work exclusively with reliable carriers who ensure safe and efficient deliveries within Switzerland.
What happens if my order does not arrive?
First check the information in your tracking link. If no update appears, contact us at info@alremazurich.com.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will send you a replacement free of charge or refund you the amount – depending on your choice.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the package and send us:

Returns & Refunds
How can I return an item?
You can return any unused and flawless item within 30 days of receipt. Before you make the return, contact us at info@alremazurich.com, so that we can register your request. The item must be free of signs of use, undamaged, and preferably in the original packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive and check your return, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days (Monday to Friday) via the originally used payment method. You will receive a confirmation by email.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
- If the item arrived damaged or defective → Alrema Zürich covers the costs.
- If you want to return the item for other reasons (e.g., size or personal preference), the customer bears the shipping costs.
