Shipping & Delivery

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping within Switzerland is always free at Alrema Zurich. Every item is prepared with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Can I have my order sent to a collection point?

Currently, we only deliver to the address you provide during the checkout process. We do not offer deliveries to pickup points or parcel lockers.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our shipping times are as follows:

  • Preparation of Order time: 1–2 working days
  • Shipping: 5–7 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 6–9 working days .

During preparation, we check the payment and conduct a quality control check.

The product is processed and packaged. Slight delays may occur during periods of high demand.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link. This allows you to check the status of your package at any time.

Which transport companies does Alrema Zürich use?

We work exclusively with reliable transport service providers who guarantee safe and efficient deliveries within Switzerland.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

First, check the information in your tracking link. If no update appears, contact us. info@alremazurich.com .

If the package is confirmed as lost, we will send you a free replacement or refund the amount – whichever you prefer.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving the package and send us:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the article
  • Photos of the packaging

We will find a quick and fair solution.

Returns & Refunds

How can I return an item?

You can return any unused and undamaged item within 30 days of receipt. Before you make the return, please contact us at Please email info@alremazurich.com so we can register your request. The item must be unused, undamaged, and preferably in its original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and verified your return, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 working days. (Monday to Friday) via the originally used payment method. You will receive a confirmation by email.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

  • If the item arrives damaged or defective → Alrema Zürich will cover the costs.
  • If you wish to return the item for other reasons (e.g., due to size or personal preference), the customer will bear the shipping costs.

How does Alrema Zürich protect my data?

Your data is transmitted using SSL encryption and processed according to strict data protection standards. We do not permanently store payment information.
